The company was founded by Nanette J. Davis, Ph.D. Dr. Davis received her Ph.D. from Michigan State University, completed a post-doctorate at Stanford University, and has three decades of experience as an author, educator, advocate and researcher. Her scholarly work includes nine books and more than 100 articles, encyclopedia contributions, research reports, book chapters and reviews. Dr. Davis was granted the prestigious Fulbright Senior Scholar Award, among other accolades, and currently teaches at Western Washington University.
